Pastichio (Greek Lasagna)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ziti
- 1 lb chopped ground beef
- 3/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
- Cook ziti, until al dente, then drain.
- Brown beef with 1/2 stick butter (or margarine) and tomato paste. Add salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients (except eggs). Remove from heat and let mixture cool completely.
- Once cool, add the beaten eggs and the cooked ziti.
- Grease a 13x9-inch pan and pour mixture (with ziti) into pan. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve at once.
